Update .33

Features

- Moves that would stop you from looking around (this includes projectiles, lasers, missiles, and summons) will immediately freeze you in place. Still, you will now be able to rotate the camera freely around your character during these actions. Melee is not affected by this change.

- Bullets now track 180 degrees 

Bugs and fixes 

- Fixed glitches were bullets and missiles would go through characters on rare occasions.

- Fixed glitch where parry effects would continue even after the parry has ended.
